Workout 1
- Heisman (30 sec)
- Jump burpees, feet in/out (30 sec)
- Side knee raises (each side 15 sec)
- Jump burpees feet in out (30 sec)
- Shuffle back five squat jumps forward (30 sec)
- Jumping lunges (30 sec)
- Floor climbers (till failure)
Recommended: repeat this circuit 2-4 times
