Workout 1

  • Heisman (30 sec)
  • Jump burpees, feet in/out (30 sec)
  • Side knee raises (each side 15 sec)
  • Jump burpees feet in out (30 sec)
  • Shuffle back five squat jumps forward (30 sec)
  • Jumping lunges (30 sec)
  • Floor climbers (till failure)

Recommended: repeat this circuit 2-4 times
