Peru Trip

“Do your best and forget the rest.” The Glass family adopted this concept from Tony Horton as they traveled through Peru for two weeks from August 6-20, 2013. For two whole weeks they were away from the comfort of their local gym and home workout programs/routines. For the Glass family, that was simply too long to go without working out. They had recently purchased Beachbody’s Focus T25 program and would do their best to stick to that schedule. But what about other people in similar situations as theirs? What about those who want to exercise while away from home but find it difficult to do so? Melissa and Gianna came up with an idea: “Let’s show others just how this is possible!” For the two weeks that they were gone they endeavored to create a 10 minute workout routine that can be done anywhere. A different workout was made for each day to provide examples of what exercises to do while on vacation. They encouraged, “Join in with us as we do our best to stay active even on the go! We will post a variety of High Intensity Interval exercises (HIIT workouts), stretches, and other workout routines. With crazy kooks like me and Gianna, who knows what exercises you will receive…”
